Elegantly gold coloured with a citrus bouquet and a warm honey taste on the palette. This was selected by Guide Hachette (France’s most prestigious wine guide).
This is excellent as an aperitif with Fois gras or as an accompaniment to a dessert such as a Soufflé.
Joanne Harris (author of Chocolat) Grandmother came from Gascogne and in her French Kitchen Recipe book is a dessert dish with Floc as one of the ingredients.

The red grape varieties give it complex aromas of raspberries and peppers, warm and honeyed taste. Try it with melon to replace port. This rose Floc is excellent to have with chocolates, rich desserts and strong cheeses.
