Alcohol: 12% vol
A pale coloured dry wine, a rich floral aroma of lemongrass and passion fruit  with a lovely punch of acidity lends itself to a silky and fruity finish. As Jonathan aptly describes it “aromatic white blossom and lime on the nose,” a refreshingly different wine.

Food:  seafood (Crab & Lobster), creamy cheese (brie) & fresh goat’s cheese.
Next day?  Still good (but keep chilled)

Keeping Potential:   Drinking well now or keep up to 3 years.
